Hybrid power solutions have been an increasing product for the globe. As the years go by, we have an increasing demand for cleaner power and more efficient power generation. We teamed up with Makinex Renewable’s to supply generators for their Deployable Hybrid Power skids. 3 sizes are used, all of them being a Stockman model.
We custom build these generators to suit the rental and mining category and are compact enough to fit inside the deployable skids. The generators are only used when the battery state of charge is low and when solar power is just not enough.
The aim is to reduce emissions as much as possible, but the diesel generator is still needed to produce power when the sun cannot. Our generators are one of the most fuel efficient models on the market, which is thanks to the strong Yanmar engine combined with the 93% efficient permanent magnet alternator from RFL. With this combination, not only does it minimize fuel usage but also emissions output.
These can communicate with the on-board computer and only runs when necessary. They are extremely quiet, with custom spark arrestors fitted for safety on work and mining sites.
We have delivered well over 50 generators in the last 3 years for Makinex and their ever-increasing market is set to see this number increase rapidly.

Local manufacturing great, Bella manufacturing create the most impressive food trucks and trailers on the market, so impressive that even Domino’s Pizza couldn’t resist. With massive companies such as Domino’s, but also Zambrero, Primo, Maggi, Milo, Merlo, Boost Juice just to name a few, they have built trucks for- powered by our generators.
Our generators must be silent, compact, and reliable. They are fitted inside the truck body and must be ready to run or the end user may be without power to trade. In some cases, the generators run constant, 7 days a week/ 24 hours a day to keep fridges cold. With the increasing demand for not using gas, the requirement of compact power is something that only our generators can provide.
We supply an OEM style of the Stockman and Ranger series generators, which is essentially a generator on an open frame, but the controller is remotely fitted with a 2 metre long cable and box so that the generator can be switched on and monitored inside the ‘kitchen’.
Over 20 generators in the last year have gone into powering Bella’s food trucks and trailers.
